I finished these little socks. What a lot of work went into them! It was fun though. I would do these again with wool yarns.

A good thing happened today! I’ve been hanging on to this sweater for years hoping that the yarn would turn up so I could finish seaming it. it’s a Rowan cotton, deep indigo, and I think using any other yarn to sew it up would look awful. The yarn was long discontinued though, so my only hope was finding some in my house. And today, at the very bottom of a basket of flotsam, I found this little ball, just enough! This will be my next finished project.

All that needs to be done is the ribbing around the armholes. Why didn’t I finish it?? Well, I just have to find that yarn, and I can do so now.
